「Good 」

「Beautiful location and historic lodge with great hiking trails and water based activities. The food and beverage options are limited but decent quality. Rooms at the lodge are not serviced so don't expect housekeeping to make your bed or refresh towels if you are staying multiple days.」

「Decent breakfast. Didn't replenish toilet paper or tissue from previous guest; when we checked in, they were empty.」

「We had forgot some of our clothes and the hotel will ship it back to us after a 3 long hours drive for $25. We would definitely come back again for the 4th of July weekend to stay with our family. Making it a safe place was very important to us.」

「Toilet not clean. Hot tub condition was scary with peeling paint. Arrived early and asked for a ground floor unit or handicapped accessible and was denied either. Carpet in room was not clean. Boiled/microwaved everything at breakfast? Cold coffee. 」

「This chateau definitely could use some improvements. With their staffing, their amenities, etc. (or else they should probably reduce their prices by about half). I’ve worked cruise lines in a number of positions by now and I know that with the right leadership or more appropriate staffing they could do a better job. Our stay went okay overall. There’s definitely evidence that this resort was once a great destination and I believe there’s still hope it could be restored to it’s former glory...

「I love the Saltwater Inn! Clean, comfortable, coffee right next door and the scones...ugh, delicious!! Staff was awesome, friendly and helpful the whole time. 10/10 would stay here again!」
