「The beach is absolutely beautiful!!」

「Fit our needs for a two night stay. Location is great. Sand and water are beautiful!」

「We booked the room thinking we were going to be on the resort property but we were a mile down the road at these very outdated condos. The room had dead bugs, dirty bedding, and patio door that was lacking the greasing or maintenance to allow it to open easily. There was no box breakfast and beach club that looks inviting did not have any bar or grill. It rained earlier in the day so they closed it down for the whole afternoon and evening. Also, the Den which had all the cool arcade games...

「Truthfully it's not a bad stay.its just very dated in need of serious updates. Very over priced for what is offered. The whole place smells molded. Can't say i would stay agsin.」

「The breakfast is mediocre. It’s nice to have, but I don’t recommend it. The caper in our room was very old and there were some poky parts of it by the door which made it seem as though they carpeted over something. The gym needs a facelift and at bare minimum new workout mats. The beach is lovely and the complimentary shuttle is nice. If there wasn’t the location on the beach, we wouldn’t book here.」

「Our experience was extremely unpleasant. First, we were assigned a room we didn’t reserve and told that the two queen beds room we did reserve had been overbooked, and there was nothing the front desk staff could do about it, calling me uncooperative when I wouldn’t accept this as an answer. Finally, the manager got involved and moved another guest who was a party of one vs. our party of three. After a very long day of travel, the terrible experience continued when we were subjected to pounding...

「The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s a newer hotel so it is updated nicely. We have virtual options for check-in. I did have an issue getting into the lobby on one of the nights, but I was able to connect with customer service and they were able to unlock it virtually.」

「The hotel building is brand new. The room is very well designed, decorated and comfortable. OUTSTANDING view of Grand Traverse Bay. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful.」

「The building was t perfect by no means but we stayed 2 nights for a softball tournament and the pool area and hot tub were both warm and clean! Overall it was a very nice place just a bit of an older building ! Staff was helpful and friendly I would definitely stay there again! Oh fyi rooms are kinda small」

「Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered but was very grateful we taught her. Also disappointed that they only clean the room every 3 days. When we requested fresh towels they left a bag of towels outside our room...

「This is a great place to stay, however, if you’re in the adjoining rooms and you have noisy neighbors ….it echoes back into the other room if you’re not in a hallway room. The management was excellent on having a loud child next-door quiet down , even though it was due to the combined entry point. Loved the beds and the view was excellent. Rooftop bar was really nice and pleasant. They had cookies in the evening, which were really good and they always had to grab breakfast of croissant or stone...
