"Hotel rooms was given away when I booked online for 2 beds in both rooms. They said the hotel was overbooked. Had 2 girls in one room and 4 girls in another in king size beds. Where are they suppose to sleep with 4 girls? Explain that!!!"

"WiFi as terrible. Pool not available… room which was suppose to be no smoking had smoking smell and more smoking in the hallway.. two elevators one which was working had to wait over 15 mins each time we left and came back.. had to pay to park at the hotel itself.. not valet.. $15! Then I was told if I paid in advance (which I did) I didn’t need to pay anything ag location well I get there they request a $100 deposit.. it what irk me is when we checked out she said she released it but she hasn’t called or check the room to relay any damages not there there were any bit still! What the point of the deposit at all then! I don’t recommend this hotel.. unless you are desperate"

"The hotel was very crowded and hard to navigate throughout the common areas. Extra-long waits for the elevators. The staff was very rude and seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, given the volume of guests. Our room keypad was malfunctioning, and we got locked out every time we left the room. Due to the large number of guests, we had to wait 20-30 minutes each time to get into our room. We were not provided the complimentary three-hour parking as listed on the website and had to carry our luggage two blocks to the hotel. The room was clean for the most part, but we found pills on the bathroom floor and in different areas of the room. I would not be staying at this property in the future, as our family vacation wasn't the best due to this hotel, and we were delayed and late for events because we had to stand in line for an extended period to gain access to our room."

"I had such an amazing experience at this hotel Starling Hilton in Atlanta. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely beautiful and spotless—one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. The atmosphere was incredible, and we even spotted a few famous faces during our visit, which made it even more exciting. The photo opportunities around the hotel were amazing—perfect for photoshoots and capturing beautiful moments. The pricing was surprisingly amazing for the level of luxury we experienced, and they even upgraded our stay to a higher-level room with a beautiful view since we were staying for multiple days. That really made the experience feel extra special. The staff was beyond welcoming, attentive, and professional, making sure every detail was perfect. The Uber pick-up setup was also very convenient and easy to use, which made getting around stress-free. The only downside was the parking—you do have to pay daily, which wasn’t ideal—but honestly, everything else about the stay completely made up for it. Also Starbucks in next door and an amazing food court that has Dj and dancing. Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury experience!"
