「Overall, a comfortable stay for a couple of days. The cabin was clean, the bed was comfortable (a king) and shower/bathroom very good. The kitchenette did not have a cook top (and we knew that when we reserved), but the microwave was adequate for our short stay. The setting is very pleasant, and views of the lake were a treat when we were out walking the dog. Recommend with caveats below. Shortcomings: the Wi-Fi was slow when our next-door neighbors were around; cable TV connection was spotty,...

「Staff was so nice. Rooms, and lobby were pretty clean. Water definitely has an iron issue. Fairly yellow. My biggest complaint was the “heated” indoor pool. Pool water was absolutely freezing, the pool room wasn’t even warm. The whole floor inside the pool room doesn’t seem to have ever been cleaned. Filthy and black. If anything touched the floor, feet, towel, shoes, they would be absolutely filthy. The whole pool area needs a whole shutdown and deep clean. If I know it was that bad we would...

「Our son is at Frostburg State. The Allegheny Trail house will be our place to stay whenever we plan to visit our son. This place is unique and lovely to stay at. Friendly and attentive staff.」
