「Staff was friendly room was clean」

「The room was very clean compared to the last time we stayed there. Looks like it was freshly painted and new flooring. The breakfast was good. There was still coffee after 10am. The has always been friendly.」

「The owner canceled on us one hour before we were supposed to be there. The house was flea infested. We did get a full refund. But I had to book a hotel at short notice and nobody from hotels.com or the person that I rented from felt obligated to compensate the difference of the hotel room I had to book instead of the house I had set up rent. I spent many hours on the phone because I had to cancel through hotels.com and the company called Evolve. The people I talk to at evolve felt they were not...
