「Amazing stay, so spacious and beautiful apartment.」

「I hated the location as I came by Amtrak. It is almost two miles from downtown and on a highway that is anything but pedestrian friendly. The first day of my stay, there was almost no hot water and the management did not seem to notice that. They fixed it after I complained on the second day. For $240 a night (note-my downtown Washington DC hotel the night before my arrival in St. Albans was $150.), this hotel was not worth it!」

「Stayed in Room 2. Perfect! Bed extremely comfortable! Owners are very nice and helpful. Highly recommended」

「On a scale of one to five, I would give this property a six! Not only are the quaint cabins in the woods clean and modern, but there are plenty of extras: Firewood for the wood stove; coffee; Adirondack chairs on the porch overlooking the pond; Walking trails around their huge property. Why wouldn't you want to come back every year?」

「Nice property with good breakfast, very friendly staff」

「A really cool place that is well-maintained and cozy. Hope they stay in business for a long time, because I will surely be returning!」

「A total disappointment in a no hospitable environment that one would think is operating for monetary reasons only. Hosts were not visible at all unless you were repeatedly given some pieces of pancake every day for breakfast. Towels still smelled the previous guest body odors and didn’t feel good about non-white bedsheets or towels, doubting if there were hiding stains or unwashed sets. Couple rolls of paper towels in the car helped us pleasantly after each shower. The decorations or many acres...

「Jason is incredible. He arranged the greatest color in years just for our stay. The breakfast and rooms were perfect, too.」

「DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I...

「The room was exceptionally clean. I used to be a professional cleaner so I have high standards to cleanliness. The staff were so nice and were willing to help if you had any questions. The kitchen was great! I have many dietary issues and having a fully working kitchen was amazing and well stocked with dishes. The view was amazing as well. My husband and I are planning our next trip and are excited to stay at Smugglers Notch again!」

「Very pleasant place to stay while attending an event in North Hero.」

「We were very pleased with the home! The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. There were spices for cooking, as well as coffee and tea pods. The home was open and airy with a beautiful view of the mountain.」

「Bel endroit, propre, calme, certains services étaient près. Le chalet était bien équipé. Nous avons vraiment aimé. Le propriétaire a été très flexible avec notre demande.」

「Room was clean and comfortable- just old」
