We had an issue with our shower and we joked with the staff about how it wasn't working correctly, and the staff was super apologetic and even gave a discount when they didn't have to do that. We loved the pool for cooling down and the food was delicious. The air conditioning was on the whole weekend and offered an excellent refuge from the heat during the day. Great location right by the beach and walking distance to popular clubs and restaurants. We had a great stay."

"La habitación es muy amplia y las camas muy cómodas, todo nuevo y limpio. Está ubicado a unas 2 cuadras de la playa pero el acceso es fácil. El parqueo es en el exterior de la propiedad pero es una zona bastante segura. El personal es muy amable y atento. Me gustó todo excepto que ponen música a todo volumen TODO el día por lo que no se puede descansar. Elegí el hotel por la piscina pero no la utilizamos ya que se veía sucia y me dio desconfianza."

"La piscina y la habitación muy bien, pero en el baño no hay jabón ni toalla para secarse las manos. El staff se mantiene en una habitación y hay que estarlos buscando para cualquier atención. Los controles de la TV no funcionan y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación, hay que solicitarlo. Creo que el hotel tiene mucho potencial pero el servicio debe mejorar. "Great location right by the beach! Dorms are nice and comfy, locker under the bed for your belongings, although a bit hot in the dorms as there are fans but not AC. Nice and clean facilities, they offer activities and can help with booking of shuttle. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Overall a great place to unwind whether you want to have fun in the waves or relax by the pool. "
