Only heads up is they use shower head heaters so put the switch to hot and then don’t turn the water all the way on just use the water flow to regulate the heat. It’s a low pressure setup but gets the job done so you have a warm shower! I would definitely use this place again if I make it back to Antigua. 」

「The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for」

「Los Faroles Hotel y Spa was AMAZING! If I could rate 6 stars out of 5, I totally would. Luisa met us during check in, and she made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was included and delicious. One day during our stay we left early to go to Acatenango, and the staff made sure we had break packed and ready to go.
