「The hotel was great, the amenities were amazing and there was always something going on for the kids. The water park was great, very clean and had lots for different ages. Only complaint is that the beds and pillows aren't the best. But the pros outweigh the cons.」

Upon arriving I noticed the room was wrong, only to be told by the lady working check in on July 2 2026 it’s not her problem it’s expedias because they booked the room. Luckily upon calling Expedia they confirmed they couldn’t book a previously booked room I had never been in and it was a property mistake and was compensated. 「Not a bad place overall. The room was very clean and the A/C was ice cold. This place was cheaper than most other places I saw while also being close to cedar point. The front desk lady was polite and helpful too. But, 1) the wifi was terrible. It struggled to load even one page. To be honest, i had to rely on my phones data plan almost entirely. 2) the bathroom door in our room also didn’t close fully. 3) The toilet at one point didn’t flush. Had to wait for like an hour then try...

「The property was extremely convenient for a family trip to cedar point. The beach, restaurants, and park are all walking distance so our vehicle was able to stay parked the whole trip. The cottage is basic but very nice and the view of the lake is great. The only complaint is that the pool was extremely dirty and does not appear to be serviced often. Check in was great and I would probably stay again in the future.」
