The staff was simply amazing: they prepared breakfast earlier for the runners participating to the trail event, they were flexible on the check-out time. We loved our stay! 「Terrible experience. The most unhelpful and most unaccommodating management. Rude. The most basic place for the price of being in the centre of a ski resort like Verbier. No facilities in the rooms. Breakfast was basic. No hot food available. Middle of nowhere. Misrepresented photos of the place. Not a hotel but hostel. Watch the cancellation policy of 30 days! Stay away.」

「Annie, the owner of the place, has been amazing and incredibly kind. We came by train and she offerred to pick us up at the station. Room was very big and incredibly clean. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Skiing slopes can be easily accessed thanks to all the cable cars.」
