「Staff were amazing. When I booked with Expedia the room said it had a balcony which was why I chose that room. When we were given room it did not have one. I spoke with ladies at desk and they said that was Expedia error but they worked their magic and moved us to a balcony room. So kind and accommodating. Excellent service by them and all staff. Breakfast was great as well. 」

「Easy check in/check out. Very clean rooms, quiet and lovely atmosphere when walking into the lobby. Very much a 'comfort' type of feeling. 」

「When I arrived there were two police cars arresting a guest and talking to the manager. People hanging out in the parking lot late at night. I'm a big guy with a dog so no personal safety concerns but felt a little sketchy.」
