"Our room was very clean, the breakfasts were very good for bugfet style we enjoyed them. We did not use the gym. Your staff was excellent, Jaime was very nice, cleaning staff were very nice. "

"Cons: They were doing brick restoration, so the grounds were a mess. The Marquee Lounge was a horrible dining experience. We requested extra blankets that never showed up, and the sheets were horribly uncomfortable. There was never anyone at concierge. They seemend understaffed. Pros: the staff was friendly, the restaurant "Roberts" was overpriced but very good, the outdoor heated pool was lovely, however it was very hard to find and you had to sign in each time. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to our children. The gardens were absolutely beautiful and the activities they offered were great. I am not sure we would stay here again. Only if the price were right. "
