「I didn’t like anything about this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others. I will definitely not be staying at this hotel again.」

「A little disappointed. We were greeted wonderfully and staff was great, however the first day we requested fresh towels and our bed made while we were out. We returned at 9pm to find our beds were not made and there were no fresh towels. We were told these services are not typically provided every day unless requested, which is why we made sure to request it the morning before we left. However it was not done and the services were not available at 9pm so we had to go down to front desk to pick...

「The only thing is, the AC is too noisy, and caused hard to sleep」

「Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. 」

「I loved that it kept the Hershey park theme throughout the hotel and even during breakfast time.」
