「They didn't have laundry services, which I think would be a good basic addition. Everything great otherwise! Definitely get the rooms facing the north west out over the valley.」

「Building is amazing perched on the hillside and the staff were lovely.」

「Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. 「Clean room , staffs are good, by my side the hotel is best at budget friendly」

「The staff are amazing. Incredibly helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble and they have made our onward travel much easier with their suggestions and organisation. We took the top floor room and the views were fabulous. They do warn that the stairs take some fitness which is true, but I never had to carry my own bag.」

「Good service levels」

「Loved it and the staff were great.」

「Overall did the job, not exceptional but friendly staff always helpful. A little out of town but incredible views of the Himalayas. Breakfast was not a buffet for some reason, and no fridge/mini bar in room.」
