「Brasada charged me the $150 incidental fee and will not refund me. I keep getting the run around. Its been over a month. My bank says brasada wont release the funds and THEY need to refund me. I call and get sent to a voicemail to leave messages that NEVER get replied too. Fraudulent charge, im going to have to report them to the BBB」

The basics were covered: the kitchenette was well appointed, the beds comfortable and the view lovely.There were some nice touches: a sign greeting us with a jar of hard candy beside it, a coffee grinder & whole bean coffee for breakfast and tall windows overlooking a lovely high desert landscape.
