It would be very helpful if guests were informed at check-in when amenities like the pool or hot tub are closed for maintenance, rather than having to find out on their own or ask. 「Extremely dirty. Ash all over the place from smoking. Mud and dirt everywhere. Room hasent seen a vacuum in months. Service at front counter was very rude. Getting a extra pillow was a struggle. Casino was closed when hours showed itd be open. Absolutely would not take your family here.」
