The lobby area, breakfast area, and staff were excellent. The hallways seemed a little rundown, but our room was great. The tub and shower were wonderful. We liked the set-up of the room and we had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful, as we had a few changes during our stay. We appreciated the free popcorn in the afternoon, too! The property is a little hard to get into and out of, onto a busy street. And lots of potholes to dodge.

We weren't there long. Nice quick stay. Rooms are tiny but nicely furnished. Hotel and rooms outdated but clean overall. Managers office and area was open and a mess. May be management office but it's still visible to guest and it was like a hoard.

This is a very clean Super 8! The property was very clean! Our room was clean and comfortable. We will stay again!!! They had popcorn and cheese and crackers for their guests at check in!

Staff was friendly. Room was clean but showed signs of age. The room had a peculiar oder possibly pet. The night we arrived the hot water was lukewarm however in the morning it was hot. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold items.

Rooms were small but clean. Beds comfortable. Very close to the best dog friendly park I've ever seen in a city.

This was a great value for the price! Despite being a somewhat older property, it was decently updated, clean and in very good condition. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. There were complimentary cheese and crackers, as well as popcorn in the lobby for evening snacks. The breakfast was good. We were quite satisfied; it was a single night stay, and it was the best price in a quality hotel in the area. We would stay there again.

The person at the night desk was very friendly and accommodating. Reserved a pet friendly room from Expedia and was put on the third floor. Was at the very far end of the floor with an exit door although there was no way to get back in without wedging the door open. No in room service until requested on what would be the third night of a three night stay.

The room smelled terrible. There was food left in the refrigerator from someone else who had room 103. We did NOT put anything in it. There was hair in the tub from previous people. Overall, SUPER 8 BY WYNDHAN CASPER WEST was awful.

Firstly, the lady at check in was wonderful. Got me a room even though i was early and put on popcorn. Sadly, they were the only highlights. My shower in the morning had no hot water plus the shower head was falling apart. The room stank of smoke. No cutlery for breakfast in the morning. The woman at check out was so rude and ignored me completely. Very sub par. Ive never experienced such service from a super 8 before and will question ever staying at one again.

Greeted by a very friendly clerk and made to feel welcome! This place goes above and beyond to provide extra goodies to snack on. For someone who likes to walk, it's a perfect location near the Platte River Trail system. Would stay here again if we venture this way in the future.

For a budget hotel it is very nice. The room was clean. You get what you pay for. The one exceptional thing was the hot breakfast. Very nice.
