「The room smelled like stale sweat, the pool was broken which I wasn’t informed about until after I checked in and housekeeping didn’t come to the room once during my stay. I was brought new pillows when I asked for them when complaining about the smell which helped but didn’t solve the issue」

「Where to begin? This place is terrible. First thing I noticed was the "weed" smell. I probably smell like weed now. The carpets are dirty, not the old carpet dirty you might expect of an old hotel. More like, no one has bothered to actually vacuum around the furniture in forever. The tv didnt work, not that that is a priority for me.
