「The sanitation is very poor and the floor is dirty.」

「We liked the location. The riverwalk was easy to get to from the hotel. It was a beautiful, short walk to the downtown dells. The restaurant/bar at the hotel was nice but only open before noon on the weekends. The view from our room overlooked the river, this was a nice bonus!」

「it is ok if you got a budget」

「Quite disappointed. The warm feeling in the past is gone. The smell of pets pervades the hotel.」

「Very clean facility, breakfast was amazing, they had fun events throughout the week for guests, and the staff were amazing! Any questions asked were answered immediately and they went above and beyond to help with coupons for nearing stores and restaurants and also giving recommendations! Will definitely come back! Bed was very comfortable too and the whole room was perfectly sized! Perfect getaway!」
