「I booked my room with hotels.com about a month before my stay and arrived there and there was no room for me. The hotel was not helpful with customer service and not able to contact hotels.com. I never got a room that night and am still waiting for hotels.com and/ or the hotel to reimburse me. I was there for a conference and there were 3 other people who did not get rooms as well. We slept 5 people in a room. This is unacceptable for both hotels.com and the hotel. I should have gotten my money...

「I returned to this hotel, with my wife, daughter and son's girlfriend, to share this wonderful hotel stay experience. All of them confirmed this is a very good hotel. The staffs are professional and friendly. Not forgetting Ms Isti's impressive working attitude. She cooked the delicious Mie Soto for my wife and daughter (breakfast) at 6:00am. We had breakfast and lunch in the hotel. The sea food fried rice was tasty.... we loved it. The cleanliness of hotel room especially the beds...

「All the property was brand new , but the toilet is so hard to use , it was no hanger so i have to put my clothes at the sink while shower, some clothes fell down and all wet . Its really annoying. And more importantly, its no WI-FI. So i have to spend my data everyday, which i’m from overseas and it cost me more .」
