「I booked a two-week stay at JMR through Expedia expecting the level of quality and hospitality the resort was once known for. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. It honestly feels like the property is being operated under very different management, with a noticeable decline in service, maintenance, organization, and guest care. 「Food was extremely expensive. 6 none alcoholic drinks 1 meal of chicken fingers, 1 meal of cheese sticks, and 1 Houka cost $100. Could not shower due to the lack of hot water, informed staff about water blockage in shower and no response. I would. It recommend the place for anyone who’s over 5’10” on the first floor and 3’ on the second floor. My daughter hit her head in the ceiling and had a concussion. We have to cut our trip short and return to the US. 」

「We did a day trip to Deir Al Qamar, Moussa Castle and Beit El Din Palace. Spent the evening/night at hotel. Next day we went up to the Cedar reserve for a moderate hike. The weather was great, enjoyed the scenery and the fresh clean air. The hotel is well located on the route of this road trip which is worth it. Very clean and hospitable staff.」

「Het complex bestaat uit 4 los van elkaar staande kleine bungalows. De bungalows zijn in goede staat en de inrichting is compleet en netjes. Pluspunt is de WiFi welke uitstekend functioneert. Het complex ligt boven op een berg waardoor het s’avonds en in de nacht heerlijk koel aanvoelt. Het ontbijt dat wordt geserveerd, desgevraagd op het terras van je huisje, is compleet en goed verzorgd. De eigenaar is tevens de beheerder en hij doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. 」

「Very nice view and nice apartment. Elie was friendly and provided immediate help for check in. The apartment however was very dirty, dust was everywhere, we couldn't even walk on the floor without feeling all the dust everywhere and on surfaces. The beds were very uncomfortable and made noise every time we made a small move or sat on them. No ACs in the flat is an issue in the summer for sure. There was minimal amount of facilities or amenities. It's a shame because it's a very nice flat with...
