「Food was extremely expensive. 6 none alcoholic drinks 1 meal of chicken fingers, 1 meal of cheese sticks, and 1 Houka cost $100. Could not shower due to the lack of hot water, informed staff about water blockage in shower and no response. I would. It recommend the place for anyone who’s over 5’10” on the first floor and 3’ on the second floor. My daughter hit her head in the ceiling and had a concussion. We have to cut our trip short and return to the US. 」

「The room was spacious with a city view. There were also two complimentary small lebanese sweets and crackers boxes and a big fruit platter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr Mohamed and Mr Fadi at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Special appreciation also to Mr Rabih Nader whow accompanied me in the early morning to find an ATM machine before our travel. They were all very helpful and extra friendly. Would definitely recommend it.」

「The resort was truly beautiful, with excellent service and very friendly staff. The location was stunning and really showed what a gem Lebanon is. We stayed in a suite with a sea view, and the room was absolutely amazing I highly recommend it. The only downside was that there were quite a few flies around the pool, and the beach could have been cleaner as there were some cigarette butts and plastic. With better maintenance, it would have been a perfect 10/10 – otherwise, everything was...
