I loved 1866 , i used to stay there a lot . unfortunately its not the same as before . Hotel needs refurbishing . Internet is a big hassle , good luck connecting. staff was super friendly .

A good room to sleep in in a great location

Great location, beautiful view, comfy beds in a spacious room. Bathroom are retrofit so odd design and the floors seem to be leaking. The internet is at best dodgy and very difficult to connect to requiring long wait and multiple attempts ( tried on mutiple devices) Staff are present rise to the occasion but seem to be filling space more than anything else No atmosphere to speak off just a good room to sleep in, in a great location

I love 1866 courts and suites… the staff are professional kind and super helpful. The rooms are clean organized comfortable overlooking the mediterranean Sea with an incredible view of the entirety of AUB Zeytuna Bay el corniche. The cleaning staff are very polite and friendly as well. The hotel management is beyond AMAZING respectful and helpful. Especially the lovely manager Mr. Raydan Mr. Ali and others. What a delightful stay that I extended it by an additional 11 days coming to a total of 18 days at this lovely hotel. I highly recommend and encourage visitors to Beirut Lebanon to come here or even local couples who need a magical romantic getaway
