「Nice place」

「Upon arrival, I was told that I had received an “upgrade” because my originally booked room did not have a pool view. Unfortunately, this so-called upgrade quickly turned into a major disappointment. When I entered the room, I was shocked by its condition. There was an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke, the bed linen was dirty, and the entire room looked worn out and poorly maintained.
