「I book the room at KAYAK, but the staff told me that there is NO room when I arrived. And gave me another address. It is much inconvenient !」

「Upon checking in the hostess was very nice but failed to tell us that the elevator was out and you have to walk the steps. Stairwell was very hot due to no air condition. We had to walk to the fourth floor and on our way up to the room we ran into a man probably 60 to 70 years old walking down the steps and complaining that this had been the fifth time that the elevator had been out since Sunday. I felt really bad for the poor man. There’s no way that there’s only one elevator in this building...
