「no tooth brush provided we hv booked a twin bed room but only 1 set of towels were provided」

「Booked a superior room for a visiting business manager Mon-Fri On Weds I was told that his room hadn't been cleaned since he arrived. Shower had to run for upto 10mins before any hot water came through」
