「The staff was amazing! Like unbelievably amazing! Greeted at the dock, luggage taken care of, greeted with fresh watermelon juice, chef cooked such delicious meals (dessert included), housekeeping cleaned 2-3 times a day, cooper hooked us up with tours, everything was great and relaxing. 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the national park, 5 minute walk to the village. 」

「We spend fabulous 4 nights here. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean, spacious and luxurious (we stayed the Florentina Villa). You can easily stay a day just in your room and observe the wildlife. Totally worth it - besides the private pool and the very comfortable swing. The food in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was the best we had in Tortuguero and the best we had in hotel restaurants in Costa Rica. I would highly recommend a stay here :).」

Wir hatten an unserem Checkouttag mit Überschwemmungen im Hotel zu kämpfen wodurch wir vor dem Zimmer einen kleinen Fluss hatten. Wir baten die Mitarbeiter zumindest beim Transport der Koffer um Hilfe damit diese nicht komplett durchnässt in die letzte Urlaubswoche gehen. 「The staff at this hotel are nothing short of incredible. They go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable and taken care of. We did all the tours with their partner Tuanis Tours and found the guides knowledgeable and fun. Juanita, die leider kein Englisch spricht, hat uns mit einem sehr leckeren Fruchtshake begrüßt und auf Nachfrage konnten wir ihre Waschmaschine nutzen.
