We spent a lot of time at the pool with the kids, they loved it, especially when the monkeys and toucans were hanging out in the trees. The staff were very friendly and attentive. 「It might not be as fancy as it's neighbouring Resorts but what it lacks in this makes up in Manager & staff friendly, going out of there way to make it a memorable stay. Can't thank the Manager enough, helping us out on tours, getting into town and also connecting us to the next destination, making it stress free and it's just a chilled resort, yes it's basic but we loved it, great little pool which Son made as much use of it as possible and well the wildlife around the resort was just amazing!...

The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful, particularly Leo who was regularly ensuring that we were happy with everything.
