「It could have been an OK hotel if not the awful staff and their completely careless attitude. The clients are supposed to ask for a room service the day before and I did. However, I didnot get three room cleaned and ask the person at the front desk. She didnot want to talk to me and even simply apologize. She said that it was not her fault and I should leave.」

「Very clean, nice, modern hotel. Extremely close to the airport (less than 1 mile I would guess). Nice lobby bar with full restaurant. It's perfect if you have an early flight and need to wake early, but it's far from PCB. This is a hotel you stay at for the convenience of the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel (for that reason), but I wouldn't recommend it for vacationing all week at the beach.」

「Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Mold in the shower, room smelled like weed. I had to stay at a different hotel after one night. I asked Expedia for a refund that was denied. Do not book this hotel!」

「The stay was average. Our fridge door didn't seal right so it defrosted items I needed to keep frozen. Our room was non smoking but smelled heavily of marijuana. Luckily they had another room available to switch us to that didn't smell. A little inconvenient though having to move all our stuff especially with an infant. They should have known they shouldn't have put anyone in a room smelling like that. No way housekeeping didn't smell it. Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast.」
