「Der Aufenthalt war zufriedenstellend. Der Service könnte jedoch noch verbessert werden. 1. Die App während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht funktioniert. 2. Auf der Homepage wird mit mehreren Restaurants geworben. Zu unserem Zeitpunkt waren jedoch die wenigsten geöffnet, eine Information, dass diese nicht geöffnet sind haben wir nicht bekommen. Die Auswahl und das Angebot waren jedoch ein Entscheidungskriterium bei der Urlaubsbuchung. 3. Lt. Auskunft an der Rezeption gibt keine Buggy`s oder...

「Super fint hotel, rart personale i receptionen, men alle andre var forholdsvis dårlige til Engelsk. Værelserne var pæne og området er hyggeligt. Det eneste negative var at maden var lidt ensformig 😊 」

「This is a great location if you want to party and let loose. Also conveniently located to the beach and walking distance to shops. However, we were looking for a much quieter and laid back location. I would still recommend this location to those that are looking for a bit of that nightlife.」

「It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing. But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but I can’t believe this happened to me and I am only hoping now that I can get my deposit back!!! I could have argued with the girl but I don’t want this stupid...

The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.」

「Hotel looks very well maintained and clean with large rooms . Stuff very helpful and friendly. Hotel is right on the beach, with chairs and umbrellas and a nice pool too. Breakfast with lots of things to choose from with beach view. Quiet area. I would return to this hotel .」

「The parking is a misrepresentation, it’s on the street and anyone could mess with your vehicle. Buffet dinner is mediocre, and the promise of a sandy beach is a downright lie. You walk a few blocks to the beach and it is municipal, no lounger or sunshade. You are not allowed to take the pool towels to the beach. The staff definitely need retraining, as they try to bully you around. Loads of hotels closer to beach ….Melia..」

「Loved the rooms, staff, cleanliness of the hotel, but unfortunately roof terrace was being upgraded so unable to use, which was a shame. Also the three bars/ resteraunts within 50 yards of hotel, were excellent for food and drink. Forgot to mention breakfast in hotel was very nice. All in all an enjoyable stay」
