The location at the edge of Bansko is nice and quiet with nature all around. The only down side is that the walls have no soundproofing so you can hear your neighbours conversations quite clearly.

It is very clean. The appartment was spaciouse, clean, had a great view. The swimming pool was clean and good for swimming. We will definitely come back. The testaurant offered a lot of food options.

Overall, it was good

It was pretty good. On the upside, The room was clean, the staff was nice and responsive, the view from the window was great, there was a pool and a jacuzzi which were good. On the downside - the mattresses were not very comfort and the resturant quality was somewhat below average (maybe because we were in the offseason, but still).

We really enjoyed staying at Saint George’s Palace. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great swimming pool and spa area. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Great to have shuttle bus to gondola.

Nice stay

First room had a very bad bed. But when we ask for a solution whe got a new room. Rooms are basic but very clean. Very frendly people at the reception and restaurant. Breakfast and dinner is very good.

This is our second stay in St George. Love everything and will definitely will stay again when we go to Bansko. I won’t change it for anything. It has everything necessary to relax, eat, rest, recover after the hike, drink after dinner…superb.

We had a room with a Beautiful balcony, looking up at the mountains. Fresh Mountain air, loved the peace and quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The room finishes were not new But very adequate. We just loved our stay! And we discovered the white van that takes you to the Vihren Hut Is only a five minute walk so that was perfect! Alain all we really enjoyed our stay.

Friendly hotel to enjoy bansko

Hotel Review I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, which added to the comfort of our stay. Another highlight was the large and varied breakfast selection, which exceeded our expectations. On the downside, the hotel is a bit outdated, particularly the spa area, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, having a car is essential as the location is not very convenient for public transportation. Overall, the price-to-performance ratio was good, and despite the minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our time here.

Poor and a disappointing Stay

Except the rooms was enough big for a 5 people family, the rest was poor. The bed quality was terrible. The breakfast was poor, the spa especially the pool was too bad. There was a bug in the room. The tv was not working well. The water and the inside of the spa area was too cold. The jakuzi was not working properly and it was too small. The swimming time ends too early for a skiing place. I would way, ı would not prefer to stay there again.

Wouldn't rush back to Bansko

In general, I felt the staff were rude compared to borovets. Hotel was a fair distance from the gondola/town.

Overall very good hotel,as usual for Bulgaria the roads and area is not finished. Doesnot have Air-conditioning as expected in mountains, but in hot weather is impossible to cool,especially on upper floors. Simple resolution would be portable Air-conditioning units to be rented if needed for extra cost

The staff are amazing and helpful in all areas. Some areas Of the hotel need updating, our 2 bed apartment had bugs inside and wasn’t cleaned properly. The daily cleaning involved making beds and taking rubbish out, but not even mopping/brushing. The spa area is good, but the chlorine smell was quite strong. Food average, with enough to chose and tasty, but nothing special. Shuttle is adequate and Free. It is a bit further out of town, so check your maps before booking! Overall good hotel with some areas needing improvement.

Nice hotel and clean. Quite a bit out of the main town so if you dont have a car its a long walk there / back. Rooms were very loud, could hear people talking all night and hear doors banginfg etc. Also our room on the second floor had a constant whirring noise like from a large pipe or boiler or something. MAde it hard to sleep , that and the uncomfy beds & pillows

Odalar çok pisti. Çekmecede daha önceki müşterilerden kalan çöpler vardı. Halıların üstü saç doluydu. Her gün temizlik adı altında sadece çöp toplanıyordu bir gün elelmanları görünce lütfen süpürğn dedik de süpürdüler. Dolaplar çekmeceleri açtığımızda devriliyordu. Havuzun dibi saç doluydu. Yar bandı vardı dedik temizleyin pis her akşam temizleniyor dediler ama üstünü örtüyorlar ve temzilik olmuyor. Daha da beteri dışardaki pisliği de havuza süpürüyorlar. Havuz akşam 8 de kapanıyor sözde ama 8 e 10 kala havuzun üstüne örtüyü çekiyorlar. Kaç kez uyardık dinlemediler. Kahvaltısı çok cılız biz ekstra para ödeyip aldık almaz olaydık. Salad bar bile yoktu bir iki Çeşit peynir o kadar. Odalarda kahvaltı hazırlayacağımız tava gibi Malzemede yoktu. Bir daha asla asla kalmam. Ayrıca banskoya yürüme 10 dakşka gibi göstersede dağ başında ve asla yürünmüyor.

Güzel hizmet.

Otele girisimizden son gunumuze kadar guleryuz görduk , otel cok yeni ve odalar cok temizdi. Odalarin dizayni tüm ailemizi bir otel odasinda degilde evimizde konakliyormusuz gibi hissettirdi. Bir daha gelirmiyiz? Kesinlikle geliriz.
