「The property lacks management and communication. We reserved a VIP cabin for our family of 5 which included 3 small children. We checked in and were handed our wristbands and given our cabin number with no direction or information on how to get to our cabin. 「I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,...
