Our expectations for a historic hotel such as the Arlington were high but unfortunately, we were surprised to find out due to construction in the area, the hotel is full of dust, noisy during construction work, furniture and decorations are outdated, room was not clean, carpet is filthy, breakfast is very poor quality and no refills when the quantity is low, which left us having couple of toast and jam.
