「I was very unhappy from when I arrived, the elevators were broken and we had to use the stairs to get to our hotel room. There was no one to check us into our room we had to use a system, then we were really trying to order food to our room and it was not easy at all through the app, and it took 2 hours to get our food and was 60 bucks just for one of the meals. When we went to check out it says the charges of resort fee and sales tax for 2 days and then added up to 112! I was very disappointed...

「They renovated the hotel recently. It looks great. The outdoor pool area is great. The pool is heated year round. It was around 45 degrees outside when we stayed, and we still had fun in the pool and hottub. Shep, the restaurant, has great staff and drinks. We did not eat dinner there, but had some small appetizers and they were good. This is a great spot for a staycation, or to stay if you need to get to Denver. 「Property is not as show in the photos. Property was very run-down, doesn't feel clean, room didn't even have a hairdryer. Front desk staff were nice but didn't speak very good English. Expedia said breakfast included but it's not. You must purchase breakfast from the janky "Starbucks" in the lobby -- would have been $60 for myself and my 2 kids to have some egg bites. Ridiculous.
