「Nice staff, good breakfast however the hotel and room was very shabby in need of full refurbishment.」

I had to call them constantly for twenty minutes just to get into the house because they didn’t send any email with information on how to do that. There was no hot water for showers and the bathroom upstairs leaked into the bottom room which my group stayed in.
