"We chose to stay here in the Presidential Suite during our short getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We were very pleased with the high level of attention to detail shown by Maya and her team. She made sure our check in process was seamless, and even prepared the room with a surprise for my husband, complemented with a personal note from the hotel team. The room itself was huge, with two toilets, of which one had an area to shower as well. There was a dining room, living area and the bedroom. The bedroom was large enough for a king sized bed and an extra rollaway bed we requested for. The bedroom also had a walk in wardrobe. While the hotel is not the newest, the property itself is clean enough for a short getaway and we look forward to staying in the newly renovated hotel the next time we visit Batam. It is easy to get transport from the hotel to the big malls. It is walking distance from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal, and to awesome seafood joints like Wey Wey Seafood and Baycity Seafood. It was worth it traveling to Batam and trying out staying in the big suite! "

"Super friendly and very helpful staff which made it a great holiday. Lagoon was great with lots of different activities. Tents were really nice and clean and loved the outdoor private bathrooms"

"Comfy bed and clean room. The toilet is big too. Only thing that need to improve is the check in process. Should try to limit each check in to 5 mins. Otherwise it will be a long wait for guests to check in. "

"Very new Hotel. I booked the executive studio, so the room was big and plenty comfortable. It's connected to the Grand Batam mall just next door and I don't need to walk outside to access the mall, which is very convenient. The only bad thing was that noise isolation from outside is poor. I could hear car noises form the outside. And for some reason they are doing some kind of remodeling/construction either upstairs or downstairs on a Saturday. I could hear the electric saw noises and hammer banging sounds. I understand you need to do remodeling sometimes, but Saturdays are busy and mostly likely have a customer on other rooms. So, should pick a less busy day to do it."

"Absolutely love this resort. I’m definitely coming back. Special mention to Andry. His service has wowed me. His dedication to providing good experience during our entire stay was impeccable. It was a unanimous agreement from everyone in the family that he made a difference to our stay in Batam. The property may be a bit aged but they are making efforts to upgrade the property progressively. The spa was world class. I am a seasoned traveler and the spa here was one of the top. This was my kids’ first time and I have to say I have spoiled them starting them with one of the best spa experience. Simply beautiful. A very memorable trip for my family. Returning to Batam after over 20 years, I was spoiled. Tried three resorts in Batam and this one wins hands down. Next time, I want to try the in-villa bbq. Sean and Michelle"

"First time at tis location. I will def stay here again next trip. It is so near to the ferry terminal, indeed walking distance a few minutes away. Room is clean and nice. Instructions were simple and clear. At ground level, there is a 24hr mini mart. Can also enjoy the cooling sea breeze. Awesome stay thank u!"
