「我們住在有兩個房間及客廳餐廳加廚房的小公寓、 客廳餐廳都蠻大的，廚房的設備也都蠻好的應有盡有。 只是房間非常的小但是床還蠻好睡的一切都很好！只是洗衣機壞掉了 ！以這樣的價位在市中心到哪裡都很方便 大家都住得蠻開心的！」

「It’s a very comfortable stay. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are great, shower and toilet are great as well. Location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the Cathedral, and walkable distance / three tram stations to Strasbourg train station. 」

「Our first room was in 1st floor opposite to the elevator which had no view. Air con was broken on 2nd night so we had to move to another room , which was in inner wing. Elevator was out of order and waiting for maintenance without an estimated date. The 2nd room was much better.」

「Have noise pollution as it is near the railway . Truck collecting rubbish started working around 5 am which woke me up. This residence is not suitable to live in summer as it does have air conditioner,it only has fan. You can’t close the window to stop all sorts of noise as you need to have fresh air. Breakfast is simple with limited fruits and without any egg and ham.」

「Perfect location, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Great service, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and clean. I would happily stay here again.」

「非常糟糕，完全不是五星酒店，硬装和软装都非常差。我们付了1600美金，12月初在deluxe 房间住了两个晚上，入住当天晚上6店房间才准备好。房间在路边上，半夜都有很多噪音，服务和态度也非常差。这个地方不会再去，太失望太糟糕了」
