「My hotel stay was nice. All of the front desk staff were friendly, except for one young lady who I wasn’t that impressed with. The room was clean. Housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day, but were great the rest of the week. I was pleased that it really was close to the beach since this was my first time in Gulf Shores. I would stay here again. I will definitely return next year!!」

「Loved that the rooms had everything you could need, but they weren’t very clean. Overall we liked it, just some small things that could be better. We had fast food trash that was left in the room and things didn’t seems to be wiped off very well.」

「Overall an “okay” stay. Our room came with a mini fridge and microwave which were great. The coffee machine we didn’t get to use because there were packets of coffee included but no cups, sugar, etc. The room could have been cleaner. I found part of an old deodorant behind the bed and my daughter actually found a random pill on the floor and thought it was mine (it wasn’t) which could have been dangerous had she been younger. The towel racks in the bathroom were poorly positioned over the toilet...
