「Very nice location. Right on the beach. Hotel staff was very friendly. Had a balcony room overlooking the beach and water. Real nice. However, I found the room in need of an upgrade. The furniture and desktop showed alot of wear and tear. Sliding door to the balcony was a little hard to close. I expected better from a Hilton.」

I really liked that they had a station where a designated hotel staff person would cook made to order individual omelets in addition to all of the other self serve stations. My teenage son really liked that and since he is growing would often request a second omelette. However, there was one particular lady who acted like the omelet gustapo- and would absolutely refused to make him a second omelet because she said the rules...

「We loved the property and all of the staff were nice and helpful. The only thing I did not like was I extended our trip 2 days and have to move rooms after being told I would not. Loved having an adult only pool!! Valet was amazing and always so quick to get our car. Loved all the things that could be done on the app and conversation through text!」

「The tile floors on every floor were very dirty same with the elevators kitchen area for breakfast not clean. Bathroom needed touch ups old door, tub and shower nozzle. Parking lot dirty & no ice in ice machines」

「Beds could be better but not bad, my AC was not cold enough.. kind of looked like it needed to be replaced. The breakfast doesn’t have any yogurt or fruit.. just waffles, biscut& gravy and cereal, that was a let down honestly. But all in all not a bad place!」

「My stay was very nice and a complete change from stats in past. I can really tell that a corporation has custody over everything. I ate at all the restaurants on site and have to say that I believe the menu is tired at Latitude 30 and is dire need for revamping. I ordered the Pork Chop (Medium), Beans and Mashed Potatoes and water for beverage. When it came to the table, my chop was a bit undercooked, the beans were warm but bland and the mashed potatoes were cold and clumpy. My guest ordered...

「The room was clean, beds are comfortable. Our TV didn’t work and they tried to fix it, however they didn’t replace it and we had no TV for our stay. The pool didn’t have any clean towels in the afternoon. I tried to get some from the front desk and they said they didn’t have any clean pool towels or bath towels. The used towels were scattered over the pool deck and chairs. I believe they were short staffed. The desk staff were very friendly.」
