「I didn’t like anything about the room or my experience. I will never stay there again or refer anyone to stay there, matter a fact I will tell them not to stay there. There was only one elevator working and we had to take the stairs on more than one occasion, because of the wait on the elevator. They acted like they didn’t like it because we went through another way of getting our reservation than through them. So we were charged for everything extra that they could charge for.」

「Very kind and professional staff. Clean room. Ocean view room and nice beach. Only one small thing i have considered me. I’m not pork eater they had turkey sausage option on the buffet but only 1 tong for bacon, pork sausage and turkey sausage. So people using same tong with every single meats anyway it’s easy to fix. Other than everything was excellent 👍.」

But did not realize that you had to pay to park your car in the parking lot that is designated for your hotel specifically. $10 a day. Breakfast Saturday morning was chaotic. I’m not sure if the drink machine malfunctioned but the floor was wet with no sign saying “wet floor”. Worker almost busted his butt coming out of the kitchen. 「We loved the resort. The pools were clean and the beach access was close and easy to enjoy. The food choices were good. The rooms were nice. The only draw back was you really needed a car or uber to get to any other dining options or other attractions.」

「I loved the front desk clerk Jessica ,she was very nice and helpful. The only problem i had with the property was they don't come clean your room daily or give out towels.You have to empty your own trash and ask for clean towels, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The tub was clogged when I got there but they sent a maintenance man the next morning to resolve the issue.」
