"Just an old hot springs hotel, everything is on site. "

"Your property is very nice except the bathroom in the room I was in was horrible. The shower area walls were bad, there was obviously previous water damage and needs some serious attention!"

"Very dated , floor in the room was lifted so bad you pinched your feet. TV was broken , fridge froze everything inside. beds small there earwigs in room, Hot tub was barely lukewarm. No pool towels. No one there to help with check out. VERY SLIPPERY ALL POOL AREAS "

"The first room we were given was very dirty and was also an ADA room which we did not request. We were not asked if we wanted this type of room. The hotel is generally old and okay for conferences but definitely not worth the price when compared with the Westin nearby. The outdoor gardens are well maintained and the hotel looks best at night when you can’t see the aging buildings and dreary exterior. We expected a lot more for the price."

"Staff was amazing, very friendly, polite, and helpful. We really enjoyed all the areas they had for guests to sit, games were available for free as well. Beautiful view of the mountains and located within walking distance of restaurants and stores. My only complaint about the actual hotel was the limited lighting near the bathroom which is super minor and the pillows. I found the pillows to be uncomfortable. Staff were able to provide a few extra to help me out. We loved the mini bar set up by the pool. Pool:Unfortunately there was a large family that monopolized a few of the cabana beds and left for 3.5 hours during the day leaving their stuff on them and unused, with the pool being busy, many people were left without a spot to sit. Would definitely come back to the Dunes. "
