Not much. The carpet in my room was old & gross. There was a used, refurbished television cupboard in the room that was supposed to be a closet. It was very basic. I checked for bed bugs. None. The pool was nice, but couldn’t use it because of 50 mile an hour gusts of wind.

It was a very nice and relaxing stay. Just one small complaint, there's no microwave in the room to heat up leftovers. Otherwise, all good!!

Their is nothing giving out “spa” vibe about the hotel. Check in was easy. The room has old smelly carpet with stains. Bathroom doesn’t drain even with 3 mins shower you have water over your feet. We were going to swim and there was cigarette butt in it. The hot tub was not as hot and not “clean”. It’s ok to be in it as long as you don’t look at things too closely. The floor is thin - we heard people walking on top at night very clearly. Bed was not comfortable. When one moved the whole bed moved and shook. No restaurant on site only a vending machine. We booked it just because it was convenient from Joshua tree before the drive home. Won’t stay there again.

What a terrible stay over all. Waited 4 hours towels asked 4 different times. Staff is not accommodating to basic hotel stay needs. My Saturday morning was rudely interrupted by construction at 9AM. Drilling,banging, hammering right next to my door #230. I declined house keeping and when asked at the front desk for staff not to enter the room They still did so. What in invasion of privacy.

Room had been fairly recently updated, though an older facility with some of its wear on display. Hair dryer was beyond broken. Pool and pool deck area was great. Room was bigger than expected with lots of counter space!

The pictures and descriptions were deceiving, this is not a spa hotel it is a larger version of a motel 6 with a pool. It was muggy and humid even in the lobby.

It seems like many places to eat close early except for wing stop so be prepared to take a drive out for a decent place to eat. Rocky’s Pizza was great for delivery but must order 35 or more.

The hotel was a revamped hotel from days gone by. It was very clean and tidy - the pool area was the same and the thermal baths next to the pool where really where it shined after a long day hiking or drive. The rooms were without character and the beds soft and worn down... but very clean and tidy. Our room was on the highway side which was noisy - to be expected - I was told there was no other choice. Out came the earplugs for sleeping.

A good little spot for a night. Front desk 5 stars Ladies up front are very nice. The only thing it was not 5 stars for me I was on the second floor and the people on the third floor walked all night and you could hear everything from that room. I’d recommend staying on the 3rd floor. Mountain View’s okay. Nothing special about it. Other than that it was good
