「The Hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the Freeway and surrounding shops and restaurants. The room we had was great, the staff were friendly and very professional. They serve a nice breakfast every morning. Applebee's is right next door, so we dined there quite a bit as we were there for a week. I highly recommend staying here」

「We didn't eat the breakfast. It's given to clients in a box and didn't look too appetizing. On Tuesday we wanted to go swimming and the pool was very dirty. My husband asked if it could be cleaned. The rep said the maintenance worker had gone home for the day and would do it the next day. On Thursday evening we went back and it was even dirtier. 「Location is convenient to Downtown Yuma (my area of visiting). The staff was very friendly. Very clean rooms. It is a new location so I would expect it to be clean. Bummer - No pool:/ but for the rate it served me well. There is a grab n go breakfast in the morning, it was sufficient, coffee, tea, packaged muffins and packaged oatmeal. I do wish they would have had some fresh fruit/bananas oranges. Great value and location + friendly staff are a win-win!」

「Our first contact was with the receptionist, and she was amazing. She helped us get a downstairs room because my mom is ADA, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean, and the beds were spotless. Let me tell you, my mom and aunt absolutely loved it. They both worked as housekeepers in major casinos in Las Vegas, so they know exactly what to look for when checking a room. They both agreed this place did an excellent job. We will definitely be coming back in July!」
