I shouldn't complain so much given it was $50/night however I arrived and there was no one at the front desk. I stood there for about 10 minutes before someone finally came over. This was annoying but fine, not the end of the world, however the phone rang and I stood there for another 5 minutes while the person took the phone call instead of helping me, who was there well before the phone rang. Common sense goes a long way! I commented about this and how they should help people in order. This all said, the rooms of the hotel upper floor, right side were all under construction (except one) yet I was the ONLY GUEST put in this wing, at the very end of the hall. Passive-aggressive retaliation because I complained the person was being rude? Yeah, I'm certain of it. This said, there was typically very loud construction noise nearly the entire two days I was there. I hope you feel better about yourself, treating me like the problem because you can't figure out how to take care of guests in order. Just horrible and never again.
