「The theme rooms in this hotel are great!!! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had an adult level blast!! Looking forward to going back and trying another room.」

「Very high quality suite room and helpful staff. Really well organised hotel and close to all sites and secure . Our room had nice views of the hills nearby as well. Very comfortable room which was great after long days of walking and discovering. Definitely will stay there again next time.」

「Excellent service; the room is spacious and everything was clean. We loved it—it’s a quiet place. The hosts are very kind, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety... thank you so much! ✨✨」

「It's a nice looking characteristic building. Very good bathroom. The staff are helpful. The most attractive part is the buffet breakfast. It's absolutely sumptuous!」

「Great property staff is very helpful and there when you need them.Property is walking distance to town with a few interesting things to do but you have a lot of hills so good walking shoes a must」

「Not much service was available. We arrived with 3 luggage’s and no one was at the front door to help us bring in the luggages. When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same. We had to call hotels.com to help us sort out the issue, which the staff at hotels.com helped and finally assisted us to...

「Nice staff!」

「My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and overall enjoyed our stay because it has amazing views, unique experience being an actual cave hotel and nice breakfast on the terrace with lovely personnel. I think it's important to mention that it would be great to have a clear signage about where to get checked in and also the rest room for people who can't be checked in yet or already checked out but waiting for time to depart.」

「Fantastic view of the Ortahisar Castle from the hotel. 10 min uphill walk (not on google maps) to Ortahisar town center with ATMs, restaurants, markets, a car rental place and to climb the castle. Hotel will arrange airport drop off/pick up and activities for you Do not over-do cave dwelling - one night is enough if you have to. Do not use the meal delivery service. 」
