I paid extra to have 4 people rather than 2 and got 1 sample size of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Why am I charged more and given the same amount of items as a single person room? No trash can liners and when you request anything from staff they seemed upset to be bothered.

Ameristar Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk
Staff booked us in a room already occupied, took forever to get thst figured out at the front desk. Room was half cleaned with TV and bathroom light still on. Housekeeping came knocking at the door at 8:15am when check out isn't until 11am

We absolutely loved this fabulous boutique hotel which is perfectly located in the theatre district and close to all the exceptional high end steakhouses. Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station, CO
Hotel is GREAT , staff is GREAT , the beds and and pillows are HORRIBLE The pool was ICE COLD (couldn’t even go in) The location is great for Downtown Denver - but be forewarned the crackheads are ABUNDANTLY EVERYWHERE!
