Is it Denver City! Two pump jacks out my window, but could not hear them. Slept well! Shower head was tall enough for my tall stature and had plenty of pressure. Comfortable and convenient

Staff is under trained, managers are not present or honest, and the room was filthy!!!

The breakfast was amazing, We didn’t like the surprise fee of $60 for our two small dogs. The website stated it was Pet Friendly, but never mentioned an additional fee. Our dogs stayed in the kennel the entire time because there were some stains on the carpet we didn’t want them blamed for. We still think we should be credited for this due to the failure of not disclosing it on your website. Thank you

It was a nice place to lay our heads at night. The room would get hot then it'd be too cold. But other than that, it was alright.

The best service ever
The service was extremely excellent! When we arrive our room that we had booked. The a/c did not work. And I went to talk to customer service and the lady’s worked quickly. A/C had gone out. And they put us in another room that was bigger then the one we first got for me and my family. I am truly amazed at how fast they worked to meet our needs. I was overwhelmed. I will definitely be coming back every year. That you lady’s, all of you are awesome.

This was an easy and fast check in. The location was nice and the room was comfortable and cold. I am unsure if our fridge was really working though. It didn't get very cold for our drinks/food, but luckily we had a cooler to use on the side.

Whirlwind trip but clean comfortable room
Love this place! Fantastic location, very clean, very quiet, very roomie. I arrived late from Airport but found street parking within a block's distance. Thank Neil for being terrific!

Young lady send me to the wrong room that was already occupied another person corrected it. She could care less. The pillows smelled like sweat and the bed 🛌 is way to hard. I never complain but the pillows did smell.

This hotel is right next to an emergency alert siren. It went off at 1:40 a.m. (for a fire or a wreck) and about gave us a heart attack. If not for that, I would probably stay there again.

The bed is very stiff. The pull out bed was broken. Thankfully we got a new room that was great! Staff must have been new because she didn’t know where anything was.
