The room felt old and outdated, and there was no ceiling fan or proper ventilation in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to use. Housekeeping was also disappointing—they only made the bed and didn’t clean or touch anything else in the room. Basic cleaning standards were not met. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It did not meet expectations in terms of comfort or cleanliness."

Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and enjoyable. Overall, this DoubleTree exceeded my expectations.
