「Lovely hotel - beautiful surroundings and lots of amenities! 」

「We chose The Market Tavern because of it's location - it is in the same village where our son, daughter-in-law and new grandson live and we were visiting. The whole property has been tastefully renovated and is lovely. We had eaten in the pub before but not stayed. Bampton is a quaint village with plenty of amenities and is well placed for visiting lots of interesting places. Breakfast was good with cold and cooked choices. Staff were friendly and attentive. We would stay again 」

「Very accommodating staffs, gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was at the end in the second floor, was nice and quiet. Room nicely heated, get some insects in the room if windows are opened(even in winter), but not a big problem at all. Overall a very lovely hotel with nice dinner and breakfast. Beautiful town to visit! 」

「The reception man is realy nice and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The room is vey clean. However, there is very few restaurants nearby and if you check-in late, it is difficult to find a place for dinner. It is around 15 minutes walk to the city centre.」

「I had a wonderful experience considering there was a 3 day music festival right outside the Inn. I had a slight issue with parking and luggage but the whole experience had been wonderful. The Hotel Manager upgraded my room.」

「We stayed one night, very impressed with the service and staff on our arrival. We were given a chioce of rooms which we found very helpfull. The rooms are immaculate as they are newly decorated. Food in the restaurant was absolutely first class as was breakfast the following morning. Overall one of the best value places we have stayed in. We will definitely be going back.」
