「The room on the first floor is too small, smelly not nice,clean, all day hot coffee, hot water and ice supply, parking and convenient transportation.」

「The room was completely nasty to the taped up refrigerator and the dirty curtains and the random holes in the wall I almost did not feel safe staying at this place to the creepy people watching me enter my room I don’t think I will be returning back to this place just overall the room was filthy I did not want to touch or sit anywhere an there sat in the corner was a stained old chair yea no I won’t be coming back 」

「Pros - this hotel is super affordable and fairly modern and clean, and the staff was helpful and kind. Location is good for getting around and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Large parking lot, but lots of potholes in one entrance and the other entrance is shady without any signage, having to go through a drugstore parking lot to get to the hotel parking lot. Cons - So many. The biggest reason for the 3 rating are the beds. You can see in most other reviews. The beds are simple...

「I guess because I was an Expedia traveler or booker the service was gross, the room was gross and I had a child in the room above me who bumped ball and ran all day long. From 6 in the morning till the time I got back and then probably fell asleep. I came here for rest and because of reviews but I will not return. Plus the unexpected charges to my credit card, people cutting you in line while waiting to check in was another crazy experience. I wanted the park view but I could not even step...

「Housekeeping staff person for the first level on 4/11/26 provided outstanding service! She was so polite and helpful, letting me into my room when I got locked out, walking me to the ice machine, and demonstrating how to use it. I hope she enjoyed the Starbucks gift card I left her :)」

「Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!」

「When checking into our room, there was hair in the bathroom sink and in the bathtub! A member of housekeeping came and cleaned both out! There was a guest in another room that had a dog that barked consistently! I actually checked out a day earlier as I could not take it anymore!」

「Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!」

「I can look last an outdated building. However the stairwell had a strong urine smell. The pool is advertised as indoor but when we arrived it was closed due to being a seasonal pool. The person that checked us in barely spoke a word to us. The jet tub in the room didnt work, the AC barely worked and leaked all over the carpet. The breakfast consisted of sticky muffins, cereal bars, juice and coffee from a dirty coffee machine. I recommend finding a different hotel. Its not worth the headache.」
